1/12/2011 - Wanted Fugitive: Shae SQUIRE

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public`s assistance in locating Shae Squire who is wanted for two $50,000 Felony Contempt warrants for failure to appear for sentencing on December 8, 2010.

On October  21, 2005, at approximately 11:15 a.m., loss prevention agent for Foodland observed a male remove items from the shelves and place them in the waistband of his pants. He exited the store without paying for the items and was detained outside by the loss prevention agent. The agent attempted to handcuff the male and was assaulted. Store employees assisted and were also assaulted during the struggle. Police arrived and placed him under arrest for Robbery in the Second Degree. He was identified as Shae Squire.

On December 4, 2008, at approximately 1:20 a.m., an intoxicated male called 911 asking to speak to an officer. The officer arrived at his residence on Kawaihae Street and spoke with a male identified as Squire. A computer check showed he had two outstanding warrants. Squire was placed under arrest and transported to the main police station. While in route Squire managed to reposition his handcuffs from the back to the front and began pounding on the partition. The officer stopped his vehicle to re-handcuff Squire. He became combative and assaulted the officer. Squire was placed under arrest for Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer in the First Degree.

1/8/2011 - Wanted Fugitive: Joshua BAGAYAS-CABALAR

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public`s assistance in locating Joshua Bagayas-Cabalar who is wanted for a $20,000 cash only Probation Revocation warrant for failure to comply with terms and conditions of HOPE probation.

On February 4, 2010, a witness observed a silver Honda parked in her neighbor`s driveway on Alewa Drive and a male acting suspiciously next to his Toyota Corolla. She retrieved her binoculars and was able to obtain the license plate number of the Honda. She called the owner of the vehicle  who went outside to check and found that his passenger side window was shattered and items were missing. Police were called and were able to locate the suspect vehicle on Alewa drive. The complainant identified his property and Bagayas-Cabalar was placed under arrest for Unauthorized Entry into a Motor Vehicle.

1/1/2011 - Wanted Fugitive: Charlani MINER

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public`s assistance in locating Charlani Miner who is wanted for a $20,000 Felony Contempt warrant for failure to appear for Review Hearing on September 3, 2010.

On January 26, 2009, at approximately 10:00 p.m., the complainant was waiting with a friend in front of the 7-11 Store in Haleiwa for a ride. While waiting they were approached by a male and a female who asked them for money to buy gas. Their rider arrived and the complainant placed her bagin the back seat of the vehicle and went inside the store. From inside of the store she observed the female reach in the vehicle and take her bag. The complainant ran outside and observed her get into a white Toyota Corolla. Police were called and through investigation the female was identified as Miner and arrested on February 18, 2009, for UMEV.

12/18/2010 - Wanted Fugitive: Maria UNTALA

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public`s assistance in locating Maria Untala who is wanted for two $11,000 Probation Revocation warrants for failure to comply with terms and conditions of probation.

On April 22, 2005, two females entered the Macy`s Store located in Ala Moana Shopping Center. One of the females was in a wheelchair while the other pushed her throughout the store. The females were seen on surveillance video removing items and placing them in a backpack that was hanging from the wheelchair. They were stopped outside of the sotre by Macy`s loss prevention after failing to pay for the items. Untala was identified and placed under arrest for Theft in the second degree.

On June 22, 2005, at approximately 1:40 p.m., the store security for Sam`s Club located at 750 Keeaumoku Street, observed three females enter the store. One of the females was in a wheelchair. The three women were seen on surveillance video removing electronic items and concealing them in the seat of the wheelchair then exit the store without paying for the items. Two of the women were detained and arrested. The third suspect fled the scene in a vehicle. A license plate number was obtained and the suspect was identified as Untala. On June 28, 2005, a preliminary hearing was scheduled for the two suspects at District Court. Upon arriving at court the detective observed Untala pushing one of the suspects in the wheelchair. She was positively identified and placed under arrest for Theft in the Second Degree.

12/11/2010 - Wanted Fugitive: Stephen PANG

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public`s assistance in locating Stephen Pang who is wanted for a $30,000 warrant for an Assault in the second degree.

On August 4, 2010, Pang and another resident of a care home on Hale Lehua Street got into an argument while at the home. Pang pushed the victim who fell and was taken to the hospital due to injuries. The victim later passed away on November 25, 2010.

12/4/2010 - Wanted Fugitive: Christy Ann HUSSEY aka Christy Ann KAUI

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public`s assistance in locating Christy Ann Kaui who is wanted for two $20,000 cash only Probation Revocation warrants for failure to comply with terms and conditions of HOPE probation.

On March 7, 2009, at approximately 10:34 a.m., an officer observed a Toyota Corolla in the area of Manu Oo Street and Manu Aloha Street being driven in a reckless manner. The officer stopped the vehicle and discovered that it had been stolen on January 26, 2009, from a residence on Ehukai Street. The driver was identified as Kaui and placed under arrest for UCPV and Driving without a License.

On July 22, 2009, a search warrant was executed at a residence on Ka Awakea Road due to numerous complaints of possible drug dealing. Officers entered the residence and arrested the occupants. One of them was identified as Kaui and placed under arrest for Promoting a Dangerous Drug 3rd, and Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia.

10/20/2010 - Wanted Fugitive: Romain EDWARDS

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Romain Edwards who is wanted for two Felony Contempt warrants totaling $150,000 for failure to appear for sentencing on September 8, 2010.

On October 30, 2007, at approximately 5:30 a.m., a male was observed by an employee, rummaging through items on the Star of Honolulu that was docked at Pier 8. The male was confronted and attempted to flee on a moped. Two security  officer’s and the employee attempted to detain the male when he pulled out a knife and threatened them. Harbor Police arrived and were able to detain him. He was identified as Edwards and placed under arrest for three counts of Terroristic Threatening in the First Degree and Theft in the Fourth Degree.

 

On April 3, 2008, at approximately 9:40 p.m., under cover officers were conducting a narcotic operation to purchase any type of illicit drugs from dealers.

The officer made contact with a male who sold him an illicit drug. The male was detained and identified as Edwards. He was placed under arrest for Promoting Dangerous Drugs in the Second Degree.

9/18/2010 - Wanted Fugitive: Bryan GONDA

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Bryan Gonda who is wanted for a $20,000 cash only  Probation Revocation warrant for failure to comply with terms and conditions of HOPE probation.

On June 6, 2004, at approximately 12:10 p.m., the victim’s left their bag on the beach fronting the Royal Hawaiian Hotel and went for a swim. At about 12:30 p.m. a witness on the beach observed a male take the bag and run towards the Sheraton Waikiki Hotel. The witness informed them that a male took their bag and fled. The victims left to make a police report and the male returned to the beach for his slippers. The witness recognized him and attempted to detain him. After a brief foot chase to the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center, the male was detained. Sheraton Hotel security arrived and held him until the police arrived. He was positively identified as Bryan Gonda and placed under arrest for Theft in the second degree.

9/4/2010 - Wanted Fugitive: Frank CASTRO

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Frank Castro who is wanted for two $11,000 Felony Contempt warrants for violating terms and conditions of probation.

On March 30, 2006, at about 3:26 p.m., officers responded to a possible burglary in progress on Pupu Place. Upon arrival, the officer met with a witness that related that a male driving a1989 Honda Civic was a possible suspect in a burglary. The officer located the vehicle on Papipi Road and found that it had been reported stolen. The driver was identified as Castro and placed under arrest for Unauthorized Control of a Propelled Vehicle.

On March 8, 2007, a witness saw a male throw an object at the passenger side window of a Gold Honda Accord that was parked fronting 1341 Kapiolani Boulevard then enter the vehicle and remove items. The police were called and the male fled on foot. After a brief foot chase by police, Castro was apprehended on Piikoi Street and positively identified by the witness. He was placed under arrest for Unauthorized Entry into a Motor Vehicle.

8/25/2010 - Wanted Fugitive: William HOLBRON JR.

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating William Holbron Jr. who is wanted for a $20,000 cash only Probation Revocation warrant for failure to comply with terms and conditions of HOPE Probation.

On November 26, 2008, at about 7:15 a.m., an officer observed a male known to him as William Holbron Jr. in the parking lot of Kailua Macy’s. The officer saw Holbron approach a truck and remove an item from the bed. Holbron fled in a Red GMC towards Lanikai. CRU officers were in the area and set up surveillance and observed Holbron enter the Kailua Boat Ramp parking lot and park. He walked up to an orange Mini Cooper that was parked, smashed the passenger side window and removed a bag.  Officers stopped Holbron and located the owner of the Mini Cooper. The bag was positively identified by the owner and Holbron was arrested for Unauthorized Entry into a Motor Vehicle. The owner of the truck at Macy’s was brought to the scene and identified the item taken from his truck. He was placed under arrest for Theft in the fourth degree.
