CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Galaufi Opetaia who is wanted for a $20,000 Probation Revocation warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of HOPE probation.

On March 16, 2012, officers conducted an operation on Wilikina Drive due to numerous complaints of vehicles being broken into.  The officers parked a vehicle in a parking on Wilikina Drive and observed a male approach the vehicle, enter the driver’s side door, and search the vehicle.  The male was stopped after removing items and concealing them in his jacket.  He was identified as Opetaia and placed under arrest for Unauthorized Entry into a Motor Vehicle. While being searched due to the arrest drugs and drug paraphernalia was found on his person. He was placed under arrest for Promoting a Dangerous Drug in the Third Degree, and Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia.

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public`s assistance in locating Marcell Porter who is wanted for two $35,000 contempt warrants for failure to appear for trial call on April 29, 2013.

On April 19, 2011, Porter entered the complainant`s residence on Captain Cook Avenue through a locked window and confronted her and her guest. Police were called to the apartment and located Porter in the apartment. He was placed under arrest for Unauthorized Entry into a Dwelling. Through investigation officers learned that Porter had broken in the apartment on two prior occasions and had three outstanding warrants for his arrest. He was additionally arrested for two counts of Unauthorized Entry into a Dwelling and three contempt of court warrants.

On December 14, 2011, Porter was admitted to a treatment center and fled through the front door by pushing the on duty nurse. He was located and placed under arrest for Escape on the Second Degree.

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Brandon Abellanosa who is wanted for two $20,000 cash only Probation Revocation warrants for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of HOPE probation.

On April 29, 2008, a witness observed two males in front of his neighbor’s home on Polale Place attempt to break into a parked vehicle. The alarm on the vehicle sounded causing the males to flee in a Honda. The witness gave a description of the males and the license number of the vehicle to the police.  The vehicle was located in Wahiawa and one of the males was identified as Abellnosa who was placed under arrest for Attempted Unauthorized Entry into a Motor Vehicle.

On January 12, 2011, at approximately 7:48 a.m., officers were sent to a suspicious vehicle parked on Kohai Street for one hour with the engine running.

Upon arrival officers checked the vehicle and found that it had been reported stolen on September 15, 2010, from Iwaena Street.   The driver of the vehicle was identified as Abellanosa and placed under arrest for Unauthorized Control of a Propelled Vehicle.

On July 31, 2012, officers observed a red Nissan pickup truck with an obstructed rear license plate travelling on Ala Wai Boulevard and Olohana Street. The officers conducted a traffic stop and found that the driver, Ronald Wise, did not have a driver`s license. and two outstanding warrants. He was placed under arrest for the warrants and while being searched drugs were found. He was placed under arrest for Promoting a Dangerous Drug in the Third Degree.

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating troy Malin who is wanted for two $50,000 cash only Contempt warrants for failure to appear for status review hearing in August 27, 2012.

On October 20, 2009, Malin entered Kobe Steak House on Ala Moana Boulevard and had a meal valued over one hundred dollars. Upon being presented with the check, he informed the waitress that he had no money to pay his bill. Police were

Called and Malin was placed under arrest for Habitual Property Crime.

On April 12, 2011, Malin ate dinner at Ruby Tuesday located in Windward Mall and upon receiving his bill, related that he was unable to pay. Police were called and Malin was placed under arrest for Habitual Property Crime.

Malin has 12 prior convictions for the same offense.

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Jeramy Orta who is wanted for two $20,000 cash only Probation Revocation warrants for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of HOPE probation.

On July 18, 2005, an officer traveling on Campbell Industrial off-ramp was involved in a traffic incident with a vehicle being towed.  The officer conducted a traffic stop and while speaking to the driver of the towed vehicle he observed drugs and drug paraphernalia.  The driver was identified as Orta and placed under arrest for Promoting a Dangerous Drug in the Third Degree, and Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia.

On May 6, 2009, Orta was observed walking on California Avenue by an on duty officer and stopped due to an outstanding warrant.  He was placed under arrest for the warrant and while being searched due to the arrest, drugs and drug paraphernalia was found on his person.  He was subsequently arrest for Promoting a Dangerous Drug in the Third Degree, and Unlawful use of Drug Paraphernalia.

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public`s assistance in locating William Matos who is wanted for an $11,000 Contempt Warrant for violating the terms and conditions of his probation.

On August 16, 2011, at approximately 2:00 p.m., the complainant and her son parked their vehicle at Pupukea Beach Park and walked to the beach. She left her bag containing the keys to her rental vehicle on the beach while they swam. Upon returning to the beach they discovered the bag missing. They returned to the rental vehicle and found it had been entered and items taken. A plainclothes officer observed a male he knew from prior incidents looking into the complainant`s vehicle and enters it with a key. The officer stopped the male who was identified as Matos. While detaining him the complainant identified the property that belonged to her in Matos poessession. He was placed under arrest for Unauthorized Entry into a Moter Vehicle.

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public`s assistance in locating Donald Santiago Sr. who is wanted for a No Bail Parole  Retake warrant for violating the terms and conditions of his probation.

On December 6, 1983, Santiago picked up several teenage girls and took them for a ride to Kona. During the ride, drugs and alcohol were provided by Santiago. At the end of the day he dropped off all but one of the females and drove her to a secluded cane field, threatened her with a weapon, and sexually assaulted her. He was later identified and arrested for Sexual Assault in the First Degree.

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public`s assistance in locating Carlo Guervil Jr. who is wanted for a $40,000 Felony Contempt warrant for failure to comply with Court Order on August 30, 2011.

On June 16, 2009, at approximately 4:50 a.m., an officer responded to a call of a male sleeping in a white Ford Expedition, in the intersection of Fort Weaver Road and Parrish Drive. Upon his arrival he observed the vehicle with the engine still running and the driver asleep in the vehicle. The officer attempted to wake up the driver by knocking on the window. The officer opened the vehicle door after no response from the male and detected a strong odor of alcohol. The male exited his vehicle and attempted to flee from the officer. He was stopped and identified as Guervil and placed under arrest for Habitually Operating a Vehicle Under the Influence of an Intoxicant, and Driving with a Revoked License. Guervil had three prior convictions for OVUII and or DUI within the past 10 years.
